We do not accept cash transactions at Electric Portobello. As well as physical cards, the box office at Electric Portobello can accept contactless payments, and tickets can also be booked using Apple Pay or Google Pay on mobile devices that have them enabled.

Screening times All features start 20 minutes after the advertised programme time, with the bar closing at the start of the feature presentation. Late-comers can spoil the enjoyment of others and are therefore only admitted up to 15 minutes after the feature starts.

Membership perks Soho House members and Soho Friends receive up to 40% off of Electric Cinema ticket prices and priority booking for selected Electric Cinema releases. Those with an Under 27 membership receive a further 50% off tickets on Mondays (see admission prices above).

Electric Subtitled For the hearing impaired we run subtitled performances of our newest releases every Monday afternoon & Tuesday evening at Electric Portobello (days/times are subject to change – please check weekly programme for current showtimes).
Audio Description Most performances have Audio Description available with use of a supplied headset, please ask our team or call the box office for more details.
CEA Card holders If you require extra assistance during your visit, holders of a valid CEA card can get a free carer/companion ticket with the purchase of their own. CEA card carer tickets can only be obtained in person or by calling the box office stating your CEA card number, and the name of the booking must also match that on the card. Wheelchair users We have seats for wheelchair users in Row F, numbers 1 and 2, that can be booked ahead of time. With the purchase of a ticket for a wheelchair user, a companion ticket is free of charge, these tickets can only be booked by calling the box office directly on 0207 908 9696. Accessible ramps will be fitted during your visit for easy access to our toilet facilities from inside the auditorium.
