SALE OF TICKETS

ALL TICKETS SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT TICKET EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER PERFORMANCE ARE AVAILABLE AT DISCRETION OF CINEMA MANAGEMENT.

Tickets can be purchased from this website with a valid credit card, or over the phone to our central box office team. Tickets for the Electric Cinema Portobello will be available for collection at the Box Office. Tickets booked for screenings at the Electric Cinema White City will need to have a valid email confirmation, which will be checked by reception and cinema staff upon arrival.

Latecomers can spoil the enjoyment of others and are therefore only admitted at the manager’s discretion but no later than 15 minutes after the feature presentation starts.

All prices on this website include tax where applicable.

Animals, with the exception of service animals, are not permitted in our cinemas.

We do not accept cash transactions at either Electric Portobello or Electric White City.

The use of mobile devices during performances is strictly prohibited. Regular screen checks will be taking place, and anyone seen using a mobile device will be asked to leave the auditorium.

No hot food purchased from external vendors is permitted to be brought into our screens for any performance.

PROGRAMME

Programme details are correct at time of going to press. However, we reserve the right to cancel or alter the advertised programme. All feature presentations begin 20 minutes after the advertised programme start time.

SEATS

Seat reservations are allocated automatically by our system on a best available basis but you are at liberty to choose your own seats subject to availability. By purchasing tickets via this web site you agree that:

(a) you will accept the seat reserved for each ticket purchased; and

(b) we make no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or section of the cinema.

(c) we may, at our discretion, refuse to sell tickets to you or withdraw any tickets from sale via this web site.

FILM CLASSIFICATION

Tickets are made available subject to the classification given by the BBFC. Upon arrival at Electric Cinema Portobello or Electric Cinema White City you may be required to show photo ID for certain age-restricted performances, failure to produce this to cinema staff when requested will result being refused admission without a refund.

ELECTRIC CINEMA REWARDS

After creating an Electric Cinema account, you will be able to earn the following rewards by visiting any Electric Cinema:

• After 5 visits – one complimentary tub of pick’n’mix
• After 8 visits – one complimentary wine or beer
• After 12 visits – one complimentary cinema ticket

Once earned, rewards may be redeemed on your subsequent visit to any Electric Cinema, provided that it is within 30 days. Each visit must include the purchase of at least one cinema ticket. Multiple tickets purchased for the same screening will count as one visit. Your running total of eligible visits will reset to 0 after the 12th visit, or after more than 3 months have elapsed since your last visit.

Complimentary cinema tickets may be used for armchairs for all regular screenings, and do not count towards your running total of visits.

If you are a Soho House Member, you will automatically earn the above rewards when you visit any Electric Cinema and validate your membership. You will not need to create a separate Electric Cinema account.

To claim any rewards earned, please call or visit the Box Office. Complimentary tickets may also be redeemed online, or when booking via telephone on 020 7908 9696.

We reserve the right to end this rewards scheme at our discretion, however we would endeavour to honour any outstanding reward points.

MEMBERS SCREENINGS

These screenings are separate to the main Electric Cinema programme, and open only to Soho House members or Soho Friends (Soho Friends screenings are only on Tuesday at White City, and bookable via dedicated Friends account). These screenings are only available to book via the Soho House app or by visiting sohohouse.com. A £5 deposit will be charged for each seat that is booked, this deposit can be redeemed from the cinema bar on the day of the screening only. This deposit is only refundable if you cancel your screening booking up to 4 hours before the screening time.

MEMBERS DISCOUNT

Discounted ticket rates are available to Soho House members & Soho Friends for tickets at both Electric Cinemas. Discounts can be claimed by logging in using your Soho House app credentials, or by calling the box office on 02079089696. U27 Soho House members are entitled to further discounts for tickets on Mondays at both cinemas, these can only be purchased by calling the box office with your membership details.

EVOUCHERS

eVouchers for 2 or 4 Armchairs are redeemable at the Electric Cinema Portobello only. Once booked, tickets are non-transferable and a gift voucher is non-exchangeable for its cash value – in full or part thereof.
